The role manages and develops teams of Associates, Consultants, and digital specialists, contributes to BCG’s intellectual capital and practice development, and requires 8+ years of consulting experience or 5+ years of consulting experience combined with industry leadership, an outstanding academic record, and strong English and French communication skills.
