Boston Consulting Group is hiring experienced Health Care consultants at the Project Leader or Principal level in Chicago, Detroit, and Minneapolis. The role leads high-impact transformation programs for health systems and health insurance companies, manages research, financial analysis, client relationships, presentations, budgets, and external consultant work, and partners with senior client stakeholders and OneBCG teams. Candidates need 3–5+ years of post-graduate consulting experience, including at least one year leading Health Care Services engagements, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of managing client relationships. The Project Leader base salary is $225,400 USD and the Principal base salary is $252,900 USD, with performance bonuses, profit sharing, retirement contributions, and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
