Boston Consulting Group is hiring Project Leaders and Principals for its Public Sector and Technology and Digital practices in Chicago, Detroit, and Minneapolis. The roles manage client engagements, define client needs, supervise research and strategic work, develop recommendations, build senior client relationships, and guide teams. Candidates should have 2–3+ years of consulting experience, including at least 1 year at a team lead level, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience leading technology or AI diagnostics, road mapping, and deployments in public sector environments. The Project Leader base salary is $225,400 USD and the Principal base salary is $252,900 USD, with performance bonuses, profit sharing, retirement contributions, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
