The role advises senior executives, shapes transformation roadmaps and business cases, connects technology with operating models and processes, and coaches consulting teams. Candidates need 6–15 years of management consulting or technology, digital, or transformation leadership experience, including ERP strategy, large-scale transformation, enterprise platforms, AI and advanced analytics, and stakeholder engagement. The positions are based in London or Amsterdam.
