The role involves advising insurers on strategy development, sales force effectiveness, compliance, benchmarking, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, digital transformation, customer focus, and other insurance-value-chain topics. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, knowledge across multiple insurance topics, strong client relationship and communication skills, and business acumen; an advanced business degree from a top-tier institution is preferred.
