Description
The Program Manager will support the Aegis International Training Program by translating customer requirements into organizational plans, including statements of work, work breakdown structures, integrated master plans, risk assessments, schedules, and financial tracking tools. The role coordinates with Export Control, program managers, external customers, and subcontractors; interfaces with a multidisciplinary team; and proactively resolves schedule, initiative, and plan-execution conflicts. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three years of professional experience, or a related master's degree with one year of experience, along with strong reporting, organizational, communication, international-interface, and Microsoft Office skills. Project management, MS Project, budgeting, earned-value, and international-program experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
