Lockheed Martin is hiring a Project Manager/Engineer Sr Staff to lead high-impact projects transitioning know-how, establish production environments in Europe, and mentor enterprise colleagues. The role manages co-production and second-sourcing efforts for a Missile Maintenance Facility, supplier evaluations, project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, status reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management. Candidates must obtain an Interim Secret security clearance, hold a bachelor's degree, and have experience transitioning programs from development to production, including SAP/MRP, Lean Six Sigma, and production readiness activities.
