Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Operations Project Manager to oversee the operational aspects of ongoing Rotary Wing Sensors programs, including Apache MTADS, Apache FCR, VBK, and TSS. The role coordinates priorities, manages schedules and budgets, leads cross-functional teams, partners with program management and factory leadership, communicates with customers and internal stakeholders, and drives quality, cost, schedule, and business-growth objectives. Candidates need experience in precision or highly-regulated manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, and experience leading an integrated project team; production experience at Archbald, Ocala, or Orlando factories and aerospace or defense production experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
