Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Operations Lead for its Advanced Programs Production Operations team. The role leads production operations across assigned programs, directing cost, schedule, and quality performance for prototyping and development hardware builds; planning capital, capacity, and facilities; driving design-for-manufacturability, affordability, and producibility; and coordinating with Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree, production operations experience, communication and leadership skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
