Lockheed Martin is hiring a Control Account Manager for the Integrated Fighter Group Hardware Team supporting Communication, Navigation and Identification systems on F-16 aircraft. The role manages cost and schedule aspects of ongoing projects, coordinates with program, engineering, subcontract, and customer teams, supports baseline change requests and control-account budgets, develops variance and Earned Value analysis, and reports status to leadership and customers. The position requires a business, finance, engineering, or STEM-related degree, at least five years of related experience, CAM or project-management experience, and Earned Value Management knowledge. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
