Description
The Program Management Officer oversees ongoing projects, coordinates project management, planning, project teams, and line management, and manages project status, budgets, schedules, reports, issues, and stakeholder interventions. The role is designed to develop Program Management fundamentals, including cost, schedule, risk, supplier management, and stakeholder networks, and is intended as a career path toward Program Manager. It requires supplier management experience, aircraft manufacturing knowledge, project management experience, leadership experience, and cross-functional results experience, with additional production, contract, and classified-environment experience preferred. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
