Description
The Production Manager oversees ongoing manufacturing projects and coordinates project management, planning, project teams, and line management. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, assessing, assigning, and compensating subordinate employees; managing project status, budgets, schedules, and reports; resolving project issues; and monitoring progress and client satisfaction. The role requires experience with machine-shop, cable and harness assembly, metal fabrication, aviation modification and sustainment programs, complex manufacturing projects, business acumen, CAM, proposal estimating and scoping, and cross-functional collaboration.
