Description
The Functional Consultant will serve as the single point of contact between the State Literacy Mission Authority and TCS, translating government business requirements into solutions for offshore delivery teams. The role manages requirements, status discussions, project deliverables, timelines, SLAs, onsite-offshore alignment, and progress across development, testing, and deployment, while conducting field visits and validating data flows and integrations. It requires 8–10 years of project management and project delivery experience, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Telugu.
