ABB is hiring a Sales Support Specialist-Customer Support to manage local third-party customer orders from RFQ or reservation through handover, control order changes and costs, coordinate factory teams, monitor project progress, and resolve documentation, production, and shipment issues. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of industrial experience, strong communication and English skills, and customer-service ability; electrical or automation experience and chemical, oil, or gas project-management experience are preferred.
