Molex is hiring a Project Management Engineer in Kawasan Perindustrian Perai, Penang, to lead cross-functional new product development, product modification, and capacity expansion projects. The role bridges product management, development, manufacturing, and customer teams; monitors schedules and critical paths, manages scope, schedule, cost, and risk changes, responds to RFQ, DMF, and GCA requests, owns project reporting, and mentors team members. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, engineering, or a related technical discipline and 3–5+ years of project management or engineering experience are required.
