Description
The Project Manager – Experimental Flight Test will lead complex aircraft development, avionics integration, and certification flight test programs from planning through completion. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering, flight test, certification, suppliers, pilots, customers, and program leadership; manages schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and competing priorities; supports safety and corrective actions; and prepares executive reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, 5–8+ years of aerospace project or program management experience, and experience with aircraft development, experimental flight test, certification, or avionics integration.
