LCS is hiring a full-time Project Management Intern for a 12-week program from May through August, working 40 hours per week. The intern will contribute to real organizational projects, collaborate across departments, participate in professional development and networking, present project outcomes to senior leadership, and gain exposure through mentorship, training, and shadowing. Applicants should be currently enrolled in a college or university program in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field; prior project management experience related to development and construction is a plus, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills. The internship pays $22.50 per hour and requires a post-offer background check and references.
