Description
The Project Management Manager partners with the COO and Director of Projects to strengthen project execution and operational excellence across the organization. The role provides expert guidance to Project Managers, supports complex EPC or engineering projects, manages contractual and commercial risks, leads schedule recovery and change-order negotiations, coordinates with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, and mentors project teams. It requires a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, at least 15 years of project or contract management experience, and knowledge of global project contracting standards; PMP certification is a plus.
