Description
The PMO Manager will establish and govern Delta’s regional Project Management Office for its Service organization across Europe, Middle East & Africa. The role owns the service project portfolio, manages Project Managers, Site Managers, and I&C Engineers, and ensures delivery against scope, budget, timelines, quality, safety, compliance, and resource standards. It also standardizes tendering, subcontractor and procurement processes, oversees handovers from sales and delivery to service operations, and provides project reporting. The position reports to the EMEA Service Director and requires at least five years of experience leading PMO or project delivery organizations in multi-country, matrix environments, along with technical delivery leadership and governance experience.
