Description
The Project Management Support Coordinator will administer and support Micron’s Trade Labor Program for the ID1/ID2 project, serving as a liaison among workforce leaders, labor organizations, contractors, community partners, and project stakeholders. The role monitors workforce participation and labor-market trends, manages labor issues and grievances, develops forecasts and reports, supports workforce development and community outreach, and maintains compliance and workforce records. It requires experience in project coordination, workforce development, construction workforce planning, labor relations, or a related field, along with strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and data-management skills. The position offers a flexible work location with regular travel to Boise, Idaho project sites and stakeholder meetings.
