The role involves presenting defect situations in dashboards and management documents, communicating with remediation owners and ticket assignees, preparing reports and overviews, and monitoring deadlines. Candidates need a relevant engineering or management degree, experience with defect management systems such as STARC, JIRA, or ZEUS, dashboard and data-analysis skills, excellent communication skills, and fluent English.
