Description
The Project Manager will provide project-level support for workstreams within complex direct-service programs, covering planning, scope definition, design, execution, delivery, progress monitoring, risk escalation, stakeholder coordination, training support, on-site implementation, policy and operational guidance, and budgetary review. The role requires reliable independent work, collaborative change leadership, strong communication, accuracy, attention to detail, and flexibility; experience managing multiple external contractors or vendors and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, while three or more years of program or project management experience is required.
