Mindlance is hiring two Project Managers to provide project-level support for workstreams within complex direct-service programs. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, tracking progress and deliverables, coordinating with NYC Health + Hospitals departments, city agencies, and vendors, supporting training, providing on-site implementation oversight, advising on policy and operational improvements, and assisting with invoice review and budget planning. The role requires at least three years of program or project management experience, offers a hybrid schedule with two office days, and is scheduled from September 28, 2026, through November 21, 2026.
