Description

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. The role focuses on managing project activities across the VA design and construction delivery process, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring schedules and budgets, resolving issues, overseeing construction administration, and supporting claims and dispute resolution. The position is contingent on contract award and is intended to start September 1, 2026, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other coverage.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a closely related field
Required Previous Experiences: 10 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience if no degree
7 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects of comparable size, scope, and complexity
Experience on at least 3 similar projects
Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CCM, PE, or RA credentials
Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments
Knowledge of TJC, OSHA, and VA standards
Ability to obtain VA PIV and complete security/privacy training
Valid US driver’s license and ability to pass NACI
