Description
Daniel Defense is seeking a Project Manager specializing in new product development to lead cross-functional teams through the stage-gate process from concept through commercialization. The role manages resources, stakeholders, risks, scope, budgets, schedules, documentation, compliance, vendors, and product development teams, while supporting market opportunities and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or project-management field and prior technical, manufacturing, or design project-management experience are required; PMP certification and firearms enthusiasm are preferred. Limited travel and physical work in a manufacturing environment are also required.
