Project Manager 1 at PDM

The role leads high-value construction or fabrication projects from $50,000 to $1,000,000+, managing schedules, budgets, change orders, engineering and detailing resources, subcontractors, vendors, customer relationships, and project closeout. It requires project leadership, estimating, scheduling, contract and scope analysis, problem-solving, and strong communication; a four-year degree and 3–5 years of construction, design, or manufacturing experience are preferred.
