Description
The Project Manager will report to the Technical Manager and oversee engineering activities for hydropower facilities across New York State. Responsibilities include managing capital improvement projects through design, specification, cost, construction, and commissioning; preparing and reviewing tender documents; assisting with budgets; coordinating engineering resources; conducting field inspections; managing contractors and permits; controlling costs; and maintaining project records. The role requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or civil engineering, at least five years of progressive project engineering experience, knowledge of construction and contract administration, and the ability to travel within New York State. The budget is $90,000–$110,000 per year with a 10% bonus.
