Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a Project Manager 2/ Superintendent 3 to lead small-scale projects ($500k or less) in Los Alamos, NM. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget, and providing leadership to Superintendent 2's. Responsibilities include investigating incident causes, managing costs and schedules, performing variance analysis, and presenting project updates to federal sponsors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in nuclear-related construction, advanced knowledge of EVMS, and proven leadership skills.
