Description
BAE Systems is hiring a Project Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, restricted to Saudi nationals, to support the Head of Future Support in monitoring and controlling accounts managed by SBDCP Future Support CAM teams. The role develops and implements project-control management within the wider programme, risk, and opportunity-management system; coordinates cross-functional inputs for senior performance reviews; engages customers and stakeholders; and leads and develops a direct team. Candidates need defence contracting or military-service experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, project management experience delivering complex work to cost, schedule, and quality, and experience managing customers, contractors, vendors, and teams. Experience in military aviation service delivery, multinational programmes, RSAF operational doctrine, and approximately 10 years of project, programme, or portfolio management experience is desirable.
