Luminator Technology Group is hiring a mid-level Project Manager in Lévis, Quebec, to coordinate public transportation projects from pre-contract assessments through implementation. The role leads project plans, schedules, commercial and contractual requirements, stakeholder and client communications, change requests, deliverables, risks, quality, and progress reporting, while maintaining cost, quality, and timeline performance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, at least three years of project management experience with external clients, and strong French and English communication skills; Primavera and MS Project experience are assets. The schedule is flexible and hybrid, with an office near the South Shore of Quebec.
