Description
The Project Manager 3 supervises the MSBA Construction Administration Team and manages major capital and Accelerated Repair Program projects from design development through bidding, contract award, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Responsibilities include monitoring project funding agreements, budgets, schedules, change orders, reimbursement applications, audits, commissioning, contract compliance, and construction cost data; leading project meetings and site visits; reviewing design and commissioning reports; and preparing reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors. The role also recruits, trains, and supervises employees and project managers, with occasional travel to project sites and a hybrid schedule requiring at least two in-office days per week.
