The Hills is hiring a Project Manager for its Development and Construction Department to oversee multiple residential or amenity projects from initiation through owner completion. The role manages budgets, schedules, quality, subcontractor and purchase-order costs, site safety, consultant coordination, and owner and member communication, while supporting on-site construction activities. Candidates need at least eight years of applicable experience, strong construction and project-management knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft tools. The position offers a $130,000–$160,000 USD annual salary plus bonus eligibility and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
