Description
The Project Manager will support enterprise-level mobile device refresh and replacement projects, including the State of Good Repair initiative, by managing projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with MTA departments and stakeholders, assessing device inventories, developing deployment plans and schedules, managing procurement and device staging, configuring and asset-tagging devices, coordinating vendors and internal teams, tracking inventory and project deliverables, resolving deployment issues, and ensuring compliance with IT, security, and compliance standards.
