ActioNet is hiring a Project Manager in Jacksonville, Florida to lead the senior-level execution and scaling of a Telecommunications Utility and Grid initiative supporting U.S. Navy installation telecommunications infrastructure. The role oversees OSP and premise cabling sustainment, service availability, infrastructure resilience, facility power integration, digital twin deployment, vendor and stakeholder coordination, and compliance with acquisition and cybersecurity requirements. Candidates need at least seven years managing complex DoD or federal programs, telecommunications infrastructure experience, an active Secret clearance, and TS eligibility is preferred.
