Red Carrot is seeking a Journeyman Project Manager to serve as the single point of contact and overall lead for a federal communications and support services contract. The role manages a diverse team across communications, creative, and administrative disciplines; coordinates with federal Contracting Officers and CORs; prepares project management plans; monitors staffing, costs, schedules, and technical progress; and provides regular updates and issue resolution. The position requires a BA/BS, government fitness determination, federal contract management experience, and on-site availability in Arlington, Virginia, and is contingent upon contract award.
