Description
The Project Manager (5850-1) will support the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s IT organization in coaching product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and enterprise transformation. The role advances large-scale Agile transformation, promotes Scrum and Kanban practices, facilitates training and workshops, implements tools and metrics, and supports cultural and organizational change. It is a six-month, hybrid consulting engagement requiring at least five years of software development experience, eight years of Agile coaching experience, and relevant Agile or transformation credentials.
