EAH Housing is hiring a Development Project Manager to work at its EAH Corporate office in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role leads affordable housing projects from acquisition through construction and occupancy, including feasibility analysis, financing, community acceptance, entitlements, construction oversight, consultant management, and project transition. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in architecture, real estate development, finance, planning, or construction management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least three years of related affordable housing development experience. The salary range is $85,500–$140,600 per year, with a hiring range of $85,500–$113,050 per year for new employees.
