Description
The Project Manager leads the entire lifecycle of self-performed concrete projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. This involves overseeing preconstruction, estimating, procurement, engineering, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, field operations, quality management, and project closeout. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Hoffman Construction Company teams, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and HSI field personnel.
