Description
H.J. Russell & Company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and direct one or more construction and real estate development projects, including data center construction. The role coordinates contractors, designers, owners, vendors, consultants, and construction teams; reviews plans, specifications, cost estimates, billings, claims, change orders, and project status; and ensures compliance with contracts, schedules, costs, quality, and safety requirements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, or Business Management and 8–12 years of relevant experience, with experience substitutable for a degree on a year-for-year basis.
