Description
Red Thread is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the central point of contact for assigned flooring projects, managing projects from handoff through closeout and invoicing. The role coordinates customers, warehouses, deliveries, general contractors, subcontractors, installation teams, finance, materials, schedules, site conditions, punch lists, documentation, and contract closeout while ensuring quality, profitability, timely completion, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least five years of project management experience in construction management, architecture and design, or a similar field, a bachelor's degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Project Sight, and strong communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
