Bantrel is hiring a Project Manager for its Integrated Project Management Team supporting the expansion of K+S Potash Canada’s Bethune solution potash mine. The role leads the project lifecycle from concept through closeout, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, testing, handover, and operational turnover. Responsibilities include client and senior leadership communication, multidisciplinary team leadership, risk and schedule management, contractor performance oversight, change orders, and reporting. The position is based in Bethune, Saskatchewan, with a preference for a locally residing candidate and possible relocation assistance or living-out allowance. It requires 10–15 years of progressive project management experience in heavy industrial, energy, infrastructure, or major capital project environments, along with engineering or technical education and strong EPC/EPCM, project controls, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
