The Project Manager oversees residential mobility and seating projects from technical verification through installation, coordinating contractors, builders, property owners, technicians, deliveries, schedules, permits, inspections, materials, change orders, and payments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of ADA rules and state building codes, construction and blueprint experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel to job sites.
