Trócaire is hiring a Project Manager – Agro-processing & Market System Development for a fixed-term 18-month role based in Freetown, Sierra Leone with frequent travel to Lunsar. The position will lead the Women-led Agro-Processing Initiative in partnership with Cotton Tree Foundation, overseeing project delivery, local partner management, technical support for agro-processing centre design and commercialization, stakeholder engagement, MEAL, reporting, and budget management, with a strong emphasis on women’s economic empowerment, market systems, and value chain development.
