Sigma Software is hiring a full-time hybrid Project Manager to lead end-to-end conversational AI and digital transformation projects across multiple teams and business units in an international environment. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages timelines, risks, dependencies, pilot rollouts, KPIs, and business impact, and supports Agile delivery. Candidates need at least five years of commercial project management experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects, along with experience coordinating pilots and working with multinational business and technical stakeholders. The position is based in Germany with regular on-site presence in Koblenz.
