Code for All is hiring a full-time Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of corporate and institutional AI upskilling programs. The role manages program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, participant communications, compliance, client governance, stakeholder relationships, and program impact, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Admissions, and external partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, approximately 2–4 years of project management or delivery-focused experience, experience managing multi-workstream projects, and English and Portuguese communication skills. The position is based in Lisbon with a hybrid model requiring 2–3 days per week at the Alvalade office.
