Bridgewater Associates is hiring an Alpha Engine Strategist Group Manager to own and operate the Strategist Ecosystem, designing repeatable processes, managing recurring operational mechanisms, coordinating Strategists and other teams, and reporting ecosystem status. The role requires 3–5 years of experience designing operational processes, managing projects or business operations, and partnering with senior stakeholders, with four days per week onsite at the New York City campus. Compensation is $150,000–$250,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus, with the expected base salary at 70%–80% of that range; immigration sponsorship is not provided.
