TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Project Manager & Estimator in Franklin and Brentwood, Tennessee. The role combines residential home improvement estimating, client communication, vendor and subcontractor coordination, project planning, budget and schedule tracking, risk analysis, and issue resolution. Candidates should have experience in residential construction, remodeling, handyman services, estimating, or project management, along with strong communication, organizational, analytical, and software skills. A bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and PMP or CPE certification are preferred but not required.
