The role combines project management, PMO, business operations, resource planning, and reporting for a healthcare-ICT professional services organization serving Switzerland and Germany. Responsibilities include coordinating customer and internal projects, monitoring progress and risks, producing reports and dashboards, supporting forecasting and budgeting, developing PMO processes, and coordinating resource dispatching. The position requires project-management or PMO experience, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, analytical and organizational abilities, and excellent German with good English.
