WIRO is hiring a permanent, full-time Project Manager for new-build, renovation, and refurbishment projects in Rostock. The role independently manages service phases 1–4 under HOAI, develops planning approaches, coordinates external planners and specialist engineers, represents the client, handles authority consultations and approvals, and balances quality, cost, deadlines, and resident needs. Candidates need a completed architecture degree in building construction, several years of professional experience, knowledge of HOAI and technical regulations, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible working hours, remote work on two days per week, and health-related benefits.
