LaBella Associates is hiring a Project Manager in Potsdam, New York to lead full-service architectural projects from conception through construction and completion. The role manages large project teams and outside subconsultants, coordinates clients and consultants, oversees budgets and schedules, and ensures quality, contractual, schedule, and budget goals are met. Candidates need at least eight years of experience, a degree in Architecture or Project Management, knowledge of New York State building codes, and strong design, planning, communication, and leadership skills; prior experience with an Architectural/Engineering Consultant firm is required. CAD and Microsoft Office experience are preferred, and the salary range is $70,000 to $90,000.
